PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rug capable of wiping a buttock by itself so as to wipe the buttock when an insertion toilet stool is removed after a defecation. SOLUTION: An end 2 of slender paper is folded, both side ends 3 are adhered to form a pocket 4. The lug 1 is formed in size larger than the insertion toilet stool 5. The pocket 4 is formed in size so as to insert a rear toilet seat part 6 of the stool. The paper for forming the lug 1 uses water soluble paper like toilet paper. The lug 1 is laid under a laid sick person's buttock, the stool 5 is slid from his feet on the lug 1 to be inserted under the buttock while the seat part 6 is inserting into the pocket 4 of the lug 1.
