PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow holder staying put without dropping even with a nursing aid bed. SOLUTION: This pillow holder is constituted by using top cloth (1) and bottom cloth (2) one above the other, bonding upper cloth (3), right flank cloth (4) and left flank cloth (5) respectively thereto, providing the upper part of the top cloth (1) with a pillow restrainer (6), providing the upper part of the pillow restrainer (6) with a pillow height regulator (7) and providing the upper part of the pillow height regulator (7) with a pillow cover (8).
