DEVICE FOR GENERATING BRAILLE

PURPOSE: A device for generating the braille is provided to enable a blind person to read the braille without moving a finger by continuously generating and indicating the characters of a text document in a braille window and to transfer more information by linking with the network such as the Internet. CONSTITUTION: The device includes a text data input part(2) inputting the text document converted into the braille, and a phoneme separator(4) separating the phoneme of the text document inputted from the text data input part(2). Each phoneme separated by the phoneme separator(4) is converted into a Braille code by a braille coding part(6). The braille code data is displayed on a braille generator by a braille generator driving part(8). A controller(12) controls the phoneme separator(4), the braille coding part(6) and the braille generator driving part(8), and includes a key part(14) for controlling a function of the device.
