PURPOSE: A constant feeder apparatus capable of controlling injection quantity of mold powder is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by decreasing loss of the mold powder while mold powder is transferred to a hopper rod, and prevent operation accidents and improve quality of slab through adjusting of injection quantity of mold powder. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for injecting the mold powder into a mold through screws(46,46-1) inside the arch rods, the apparatus comprising an integral type constant feeder into which air in a hopper rod together with mold powder are introduced, chutes(42,42-1) which are connected to the lower part of both sides of the constant feeder, a filter(33) for filtering air in the hopper rod, arch rods which are installed at the lower part of the constant feeder, and a filtering net(60) that is installed between the filter(33) and the constant feeder, the constant feeder apparatus capable of controlling injection quantity of mold powder comprises a pair of distribution chutes(61,61-1) which are dividingly installed at the lower part of the filtering net; a mold powder supply means that is installed between the distribution chutes and the chutes; a control panel for adjusting injection quantity of the mold powder according to the level of molten steel in the mold; and a PLC (programmable logic controller) for controlling operation of the control panel, wherein the mold powder supply means comprises driving motors(64,64-1) that are installed at one side of the upper part of the chutes(42,42-1), and rotary valves(62,62-1) that are connected to the driving motors(64,64-1) through chains(63,63-1).
