PURPOSE: A spool is controlled by a controlling device, and the belt pulling effect is only applied to the wearer, thereby reducing manufacturing component and cost and making a pretensioner light. CONSTITUTION: In a pretensioner structure to rewind a seat belt webbing by an exploding gas pressure of a gas generator(20), a moving body(40) is installed in a middle part of a seat belt webbing(70) wound in a spool(10). The moving body moves by a gas explosion pressure of a gas generator. A webbing draft hook(30) connected to the moving body by a cable(50) pulls the seat belt webbing(70) locked in the explosion, thereby preventing the seat belt webbing to be pulled out.
