PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surgical adhesive having such characteristics that the adhesive acts effectively as an adhesive within a living organism only in a medical operation and rapidly decomposes in a timing when the restoration of the living organism ends. SOLUTION: This surgical adhesive consists of an isocyanate group terminated urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting a dehydration condensate (A) obtained by reacting a dicarboxylic and having an α-keto groups and a polyether polyol having >=30 wt.% oxyethylene groups with a fluorine containing aliphatic polyisocyanate (B). |
