PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety and simple lining structure for a ladle bed and a construction method therefor. SOLUTION: In the lining structure for the ladle bed not using a fixing tuyere block for nozzle brick for pouring into a tundish, etc., and/or babbling gas blowing brick, and a construction method therefore the lining structure is constructed by using a self-flowing alumina-magnesia-based flushing material (self flow value: 170 mm or higher) having self-filling property. In this way, by using the self-flowing flushing material, the safety and simple lining structure for the ladle bed can be constructed. |
