PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a spoon for eating, drinking and cooking for enabling a user to collect food on a cast iron pan or dish, to separate the food of a certain degree of softness, to place the food on the spoon, to cook the food or to easily eat the food, and to have a meal at a smooth and natural angle of the hand and mouth. SOLUTION: The spoon 1 is provided with a spatula section 5 formed to a spatula shape of an approximately plane formed by diagonally cutting the front end of a dish section 2 of the spoon 1 and the marginal surface section of the tray section 2 is aligned to the axial center of a handle 3. This spatula section 5 is otherwise formed with a gentle curve easily adaptable to the lips.
