PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the clamp/unclamp of a workpiece, with which a clamp position or the diameter at the clamp position differ, in a short time. SOLUTION: The clamp position or the diameter at the clamp position of drive pinions W1, W2 are differ. A drive pinion W1 is closely fitted in protruded parts 31a, 31b when inserted in a cap collet 31. A drive pinion W2 is closely fitted in protruded parts 32a, 32b when inserted in a cap collet 32. Both the cap collet 31 and the cap collet 32 are closely intruded inside a master collet 22, and they are clamped by the master collet 22. Thus, although the protruded parts of the inner perimeter side of the cap collets 31, 32 are changed according to the workpiece, but since the inner perimeter side of the cap collets 31, 32 are common, the setup operation is not needed even if the kind of workpiece changed.
