PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation process of a body supporter, which can reduce the cost of equipment or the like and can improve the preservability of the supporter. SOLUTION: The body supporter 11 is obtained by covering a flexible cushion body 14 with cover belts 12 and 13, which are sheet covers into which a curable resin is impregnated. The body supporter is used by attaching it to a part of a body and curing the resin in a shape fitting with that part. This body supporter 11 is enclosed in an airtight bag 32. After this airtight bag 32 is sucked, then it is filled with an inert or dry gas and is sealed. Because of this process comprising filling an inert gas and sealing after removing water contained in the supporter 11, the curable resin impregnated into the cover belts 12 and 13 is not hardened by deterioration and, therefore, the stable preserving condition can be obtained.
