PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for decorating the baseplate of a pachinko game machine that helps a transparent film to efficiently and hygienically connect to a paper sheet substrate and is free from a crack, separation or rising apart a baseplate. SOLUTION: A transparent film 3 of cellulose acetate butyrate having dimensional stability and heat resistance is jointed to the printed surface 2 of a paper sheet substrate 1 by a hot melt adhesive 4. The hot melt adhesive 4 may be applied to one side of the transparent film 3 in advance.
