PURPOSE: A waste gas valve disc device for removing foreign materials stuck to coke oven is provided to remove foreign materials stuck to the surface of iron of waste gas valve of the coke oven by combustion due to air leaked from combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION: The waste gas valve disc device for removing foreign materials stuck to coke oven comprises inserting grooves which are formed on the inclined surface of waste gas valve discs(41,42); and circular members(43,44,45) which are inserted into the inserting grooves so that foreign materials which are adhered onto the surface of the waste gas valve discs(41,42) and iron of waste gas valve by combustion are removed by vertical operation of the waste gas valve discs(41,42), wherein the waste gas valve discs(41,42) comprise a spring between the inserting grooves and the circular members(43,44,45); and a bolt(46) by which the circular members(43,44,45) are fixed to the inserting grooves so that the circular members(43,44,45) are contacted with the surface of the iron of waste gas valve, and the waste gas valve discs(41,42) further comprise an asbestos rope(43) and first and second round rings(44,45); and an asbestos inserting groove and first and second round ring inserting grooves into which the asbestos rope(43) and first and second round rings(44,45) are inserted respectively. |
