UNDERPANTS TYPE DISPOSABLE DIAPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants type disposable diaper in which the penis of a wearer can be made to stand still at the central part in the girth in the front girth region and in the under-crotch region. SOLUTION: In the underpants type disposable diaper 1 in which a liquid- absorbing core 4 is placed between a liquid-permeable surface sheet 2 and a liquid-impermeable back surface sheet 3 and neighborhoods of side edges 13 of the girth side parts 11 of the surface and back surface sheets 2 and 3 are fixed to form a girth opening 8 and openings 9 around the legs, elastic members 18 extended in parallel each other and in the longitudinal direction and fitted on the core 4 under an extended condition are arranged between the longitudinal central line dividing the dimension in the girth direction of the core 4 into two and both side edges 4b of the core 4 and a region 19 extending between the elastic members 18 of the core 4 is deformed in a projected shape toward the side being not brought into contact with the skin caused by shrinkage of the elastic member 18 and the region 19 forms a penis storing part 20 for storing the penis of the wearer.
