PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray machine capable of easily changing the fluoroscopic direction of a guide map image for displaying the present position of a target point. SOLUTION: This X-ray machine comprises a map image formation part 6 for forming the guide map image on the basis of image data for three- dimensionally reconfigured image collected by X-ray tomography; a target point position calculation part 9 for calculating the present three-dimensional position of the target point in a position to be imaged by stereo fluoroscopy, a target position display part 10 for displaying the present position of the target point in the guide map image. Accordingly, the fluoroscopic direction of the guide map image can be changed only by forming a new guide map image changed in fluoroscopic direction on the basis of the image data for three- dimensionally reconfigured image acquired by X-ray tomography without requiring the actual re-radiographing, and the change of fluoroscopic direction can be facilitated.
