PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prosthetic device which has a shape to fit the curving of a spine in the mounting thereof on a petrosa-excised part. SOLUTION: The device comprises upper frames 11 and 13 to be applied on an upper petrosa, lower frames 12 and 14 to be applied on a lower petrosa and a plurality of coupling shafts 20 for binding the upper frames 11 and 13 and the lower frames 12 and 14. In order to arrange the upper frames 11 and 13 and the lower frames 12 and 14 in a positional relationship that makes them fit the curving of the spine, shaft holes 15 and 16 set to the optimum angle are formed respectively on the upper frames 11 and 13 and the lower frames 12 and 14 and the coupling shafts 20 are each constituted of shaft end members 21 and 22 respectively having male thread parts threaded clockwise and counterclockwise respectively at respective ends thereof and a shaft body 27 having thread parts 23 and 24 threaded clockwise and counterclockwise to be screwed therewith.
