PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise hanging holder having a merchandise display part, which can display the merchandise as it is housed and where a part of the merchandise can be exposed and viewed, and having a support part for preventing dropping of merchandise, that can easily be fabricated from a sheet of a thin strip board and can be produced inexpensively. SOLUTION: The holder comprises a merchandise display part provided with a window frame for protruding a part of displayed merchandise, a merchandise support part for supporting the merchandise for preventing dropping, and a merchandise engaging part provided successively to the merchandise display part and the merchandise supporting part and provided with a through hole for hanging merchandise. The holder consists of a belt-like piece for winding and supporting the displayed merchandise and has the window frame for exposing the merchandise formed at least at one place of the belt-like piece. After winding and supporting the merchandise, an engaging plate provided with the through hole for hanging merchandise can be engaged by a tongue piece.
