PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inside-out setting of an inner lid unit by regulating the setting direction of the inner unit member attachable and detachable to an outer lid in a single direction as for a rice cooker having the inner lid unit member provided detachably so as to cover the upper face of an inner on the lower end face of an outer lid. SOLUTION: The upper face opening part of a rice cooker main body 3 housing the inner pot 5 is covered with an outer lid 4 whose one end is made to be rotatable with a hinge part 1 provided at the rice cooker main body 3, and an inner lid unit member 8 having a pod packing 6 capable of closely sealing the inner pot 5 is provided detachably on the lower end face of the outer lid 4 so as to cover the upper face of the inner pot 5. The member 8 has a lid engaging part 9 projectingly formed at one end and an engaging piece for engaging a holding pawl provided at the outer lid 4 at the other end. The engaging part 9 is inserted from inside to a holding hole 10 bored at the outer lid 4, and an engaging piece is engaged with the holding pawl so as to be mounted to the outer lid 4. Thus the unit member 8 is prevented from being set inside out by the hole 10 of the outer lid 4 and the lid engaging part 9 of the unit member.
