PURPOSE: Provided is a multi-purpose slurry composition containing luminescent long-afterglow phosphor powder, which is excellent in flowability, dispersibility, fluorescent property, and miscibility with organic solvents. CONSTITUTION: The multi-purpose slurry composition contains 0.5-70wt%(based on the weight of the total composition) of the luminescent long-afterglow phosphor powder, 10-90wt% of an organic solvent or water as a solvent, 0-40wt% of a surfactant, and 5-30wt% of at least one auxiliary additive selected from a thermoplastic-thermosetting transmissible organic binder, a surface hardener, a defoaming agent, and a sedimentation preventing agent. And the luminescent long-afterglow phosphor powder is one or at least two selected from an oxide-based phosphor powder and a sulfide-based phosphor powder.
