PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of recombinant human Interleukin-4 which has superior activity than conventionally commercialized interleukin-4, thereby preparing human interleukin-4 easily and economically. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of recombinant human Interleukin-4 is characterized by the steps of: manufacturing a primer from ORP(open reading frame) of human interleukin4' performing PCR; inserting a PCR product into an expression vector; and transforming a microbial strain.
