PURPOSE: Provided are a PVC-PO adhesive sheet produced by forming a heat adhesion layer on PVC sheet and adhering PVC sheet and PO sheet with the heat adhesion layer, and an its adhesion method. CONSTITUTION: The PVC-PO adhesive sheet is produced by adhering PVC sheet(5) and PO sheet(2) with heat adhesion layer(6) comprising a copolymer of 60-99 wt% of vinyl chloride monomer and 1-40 wt% of monomer having polar group, which is formed on PVC sheet(5). The heat adhesion layer(6) consists of the first adhesion layer using the first coating having affinity to PVC sheet(5); and the second adhesion layer using the second coating having affinity to the first adhesion layer and PO sheet(2). The heat adhesion layer(6) is positioned at either side of the PVC sheet.
