MAGNETIC MATERIAL-USED PURIFYING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic material-used purifying which is made simpler than the conventional filter type purifying apparatus and whose capacity is enhanced by directly capturing a floating solid by magnetic force in a stream of the water to be treated. SOLUTION: This purifying apparatus is constituted so that a stream bed consisting of a nonmagnetic material is formed at the bottom of an inclined flow path, a magnet is arranged on the lower side of the stream bed outside the flow path, the floating solid flowing in the flow path is attracted on the stream bed side by the magnetic force of the magnet and the attracted solid is made to drop in a floating solid recovering region arranged at the lower position by a stream of the treated water.
