PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lactic fermentation food of Agaricus blazei which presents not only immune activation effect but synergistic antioxidant effect and is able to enhance productivity of interleukin 12. SOLUTION: This lactic fermentation food contains 1-10 wt.% vitamin B17 and 2-20 wt.% powdery apricot seeds in the lactic fermentation product of fruiting bodies and/or mycelia of Agaricus blazei. |
