METHOD FOR SELECTING ANTIBODY, HYBRIDOMA, MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AND USE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inhibiting the generation of an abnormal value in an immunity measuring method by selecting an antibody hardly affected by an inhibitor of an antigen-antibody reaction which has higher possibility of the coexistence in the sample when carrying out the analysis and the measurement by the immunity measuring method. SOLUTION: This method for selecting the antibody comprises immobilizing an antibody of a measuring object on a carrier, bringing an antigen-enzyme complex (a labeled antigen), the measuring object (the antigen) and a reaction inhibitor into contact with the immobilized antibody, adding an enzyme substrate to develop the color, calculating the amount of the antigen from a calibration curve, and selecting the antibody resistant to the antigen-antibody reaction inhibitor by using the recovery.
