PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care mat liable to be used to send air toward an essential part of a body from an air supply hole without a large air diffusing sound from an air supply port installed on the mat body and to smoothly send the air on the body. SOLUTION: The care mat comprises a groove-like vent passage 20 provided to be opened upward on a surface side of the mat body 2, the air supply tube 3 provided along the passage 20 to communicate with an air supply unit 5, the air supply hole 3a opened to concentrically send the air to a predetermined site of a user's body in a direction of the tube 3, and multiple auxiliary air supply holes 3b formed on a peripheral wall and each having a smaller size than that of the hole 3a. |
