PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tea ridge stride-type tea plantation-tending device having the low center of gravity, good traveling stability and high avoidance ability for installations in a tea plantation and damaging no chemical tank even if the side of the working vehicle bumped. SOLUTION: This tea ridge straddle-type tea plantation-tending device furnishes a working truck 2 and a tea-plantation tending unit, travels to perform tending the tea plantation with the device striding the tea ridge and also has at least a preventive applicator 3 as the tea-plantation tending unit, wherein the working track 2 comprises a gate-frame 20 and a running device 25 set below the gate-frame and the tea-plantation tending unit is loaded on the working truck 2 and performs pest-control and the like. And a bottom 32a of a preventive tank 32 of the preventive applicator 3 is characterized by being set just above the running device 25.
