The boat is formed by polyurethane 1 cast into a mould having the desired shape of the boat. Subsequently, the boat is placed into another greater mould presenting adequate spacers for the creation of a uniform void space intended to receive elastic resin-type material forming the uniform coating 2 of the boat surface. In this way, the boat acquires its final shape reinforced with the suitable toughness. |
