A novel product comprises heterotrimeric G protein signal transduction inhibitor(s) (I) and other anticancer agent(s) (II) selected from prenyl transferase inhibitors, taxol (or analogs), gemcitabin and camptothecin (or analogs), for simultaneous, separate or successive therapeutic use in the treatment of cancer.
