<p>The compress is of the type including a contact surface with the wound or burn which has an elastomeric matrix highly plasticized with a non-polar oil or grease, the elastomeric matrix containing a hydrocolloid in dispersion. The elastomeric matrix also contains, in dispersion, at least one antiseptic and at least one surfactant with a hydrophilic/lipophilic balance (HLB) greater than 10. The invention is applicable particularly to compresses and dressings.</p> |
