摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organism activity analyzer capable of analyzing the state of an organism activity current source and accurately grasping the same. SOLUTION: MRI data which is for a morphologic diagnosis and fMRI data which is for a functional diagnosis are collected in an MRI data collecting part 10 to obtain a structural model of a subject by a structural model constructing part 18, and a first activity region is obtained from the fMRI data by a first activity region specifying part 19. From these data, the position and direction of an activity current source corresponding to the fMRI data are obtained on the structural model of the subject and a first covariance matrix is obtained taking into account the spatial connecting information of the activity current source by a first covariance matrix calculating part 18. A plurality of MEG data sampled and measured by a multi-channel SQUID sensor are collected in a MEG data collecting part 5 to obtain a first estimated matrix by a first estimated matrix calculating part 19, whereby the space distribution of the organism activity current source and its temporal change can be accurately grasped.
