PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a change in specifications between a card-acceptable pachinko machine and a cash-acceptable pachinko machine and also to enable reductions of cost and the number of working processes in the change in specifications. SOLUTION: A pachinko game machine is constructed as a card-acceptable pachinko machine by removably assembling a first ball put-out path constituting section 14 which is demarcated into a prize ball path 24 and a borrow ball path 25, and a first ball put-out device E1 for putting out prize balls which is matched with the prize ball path 24 and a second ball put-out device E2 for putting out borrow balls which is matched with the borrow ball path 25, in a mechanism set panel D. The pachinko game machine can be changed to a cash-acceptable pachinko machine by removably replacing the first ball put-out path constituting section 14A with a second ball put-out path constituting section wherein only the prize ball path 24 is demarcated, and by disassembling the second ball put-out device E2. Each of the first ball put-out path constituting section 14A and the second ball put-out path constituting section comprises a ball tank section 15, a ball rectification section 16, a ball send-out path section 17, a ball guide section 18, or the like.
