PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly connect an intermediate transmission plate to the first crankpin at the time of replacing the intermediate transmission plate and a tool axis side unit in a multi-spindle head which transmits rotation from the first crankpin of an input axis side unit to the intermediate transmission plate and a rotating tool side unit. SOLUTION: A positioning mechanism 20 is made capable of positioning a rotating position of the input axis 10 so as to smoothly connect the first crankpin 11 to be mounted eccentrically from a center axis of the input axis 10 and the intermediate transmission plate 5, and at the same time, a semi-circular notch 5d is provided to the intermediate transmission plate 5, a position aligning pin 25 is fixed to a casing 2, and position aligning of the first crankpin 11 and a connecting part of the intermediate transmission plate 5 can be executed by pushing-in while aligning the semi-circular notch 5d of the intermediate transmission plate 5 with the position aligning pin 25.
