PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock stitch sewing machine capable of preventing leakage of a lubricant contaminating a sewed product compatibilized with durability of the sewing machine. SOLUTION: A linking mechanism storage section 16 and a feed mechanism storage section 17 are provided in a sewing machine frame 2. The linking mechanism storage section 16 is tightly enclosed and the sliding portion of the linking mechanism arranged in the inside is lubricated with a lubricant. A grease storage section 97 capable of storing grease is provided in the feed mechanism storage section 17, and the sliding portion of the mechanism arranged in the feed mechanism storage section 17 is greased.
