PURPOSE: A frying pan having a digital timer is provided to conveniently use the frying pan and to prevent the fire caused by the overheat of the frying pan by using the digital timer. CONSTITUTION: A frying pan is composed of a heating pan(110), a handle(120), and a digital timer(122) installed at the handle. The digital timer includes an input unit(122b) selecting an alarm time and controlling the operation of a control unit, the control unit outputting a control signal to a speaker(122a) if the alarm time passes, and the speaker converting an electric signal into a vocal signal and outputting the vocal signal.
