PURPOSE: A program and a method having a skin, multimedia and Internet communication functions are provided to listen to music while surfing the Internet through an Internet browser, to see a favorite entertainer or sport star through a Flash window and to surf the Internet interestingly by automatically rotating a skin at regular intervals. CONSTITUTION: A user makes the skin altering a background image of a program and listens to the music through one click on the skin. The skin is automatically rotated by the time interval set by the user. The user modifies/adds/deletes a lower directory by making the lower directory infinitely through a channel function. By inserting a Flash function into a right side of a browser program, a visual function is added during the Internet surfing. If the Flash is operated, the music is automatically played. A user number of the web browser is checked in the real-time. If the user wants to download the skin, the user pays a download charge.
