PURPOSE: A frying pan having an LCD digital timer is provided to prevent the fire caused by the overheat of the frying pan by using the LCD digital timer. CONSTITUTION: A frying pan is composed of a heating pan(101), a handle(102), and a LCD digital timer(103) installed at the handle. The LCD digital timer includes an input unit selecting an alarm time and controlling the operation of a control unit, the control unit outputting a control signal to a speaker if the alarm time passes, the speaker converting an electric signal into a vocal signal, and an LCD display.
