PURPOSE: An automatic brake system of a vehicle capable of easily controlling speed is provided to control speed quickly and easily and reduce the braking distance in suddenly braking. CONSTITUTION: An automatic brake system of a vehicle capable of easily controlling speed comprises of a sensing unit(10), a control unit, and a braking unit. The sensing unit senses the positions of driver's foot and an accelerator pedal(21). The control unit receives the position of the foot sensed by the sensing unit and outputs a braking signal. The braking unit reduces the speed by operating a brake while the braking signal of the control signal is output. The control unit stops reduction of the speed by stopping the braking signal if a driver puts pressure on the accelerator pedal. Therefore, control of the speed is quickly and easily performed without taking off the foot from the accelerator pedal.
