PURPOSE: A colored metal sheet which is manufactured by interposing an ink layer between a heat-adhesive resin film and a metal sheet, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. CONSTITUTION: The colored polyester resin film laminated metal sheet comprises a metal sheet(30): a polyester resin film(10) which is transparent, has thermal adhesiveness and adhered onto at least one surface of the metal sheet; and an ink layer(20) in which a certain colored ink is printed on the inner surface of the polyester resin film that is adhered onto the metal sheet to certain patterns in 3 to 60% of an area ratio for the total surface of the inner surface, wherein the ink layer is cooled to be adhered onto the metal sheet in the state that the ink layer(20) is penetrated into the polyester resin film(10) in the melting state by heat adhering the polyester resin film onto the metal sheet(30) that is heated to a temperature of melting point or more, or degradation initiating temperature or less of the polyester resin film, wherein the polyester resin film(10) comprises a first layer film(10a) having polyethylene terephthalate as a principal repeating unit and consisting of copolymer polyester having a melting point of 250 deg.C or more, and a second layer film(10b) having heat adhesiveness and consisting of amorphous copolymer polyester having a melting point of 250 deg.C or less and having dimethyl terephthalate and dimethyl isophthalate as a principal repeating unit, and wherein the ink layer is thermally adhered onto the metal sheet in the state that the ink layer is printed on the second layer film in advance.
