PURPOSE: A device for elongating a pipe connecting sealing pad controlling elongation rate is provided to manufacture the sealing pad with different elongation rate according to the diameter of a pipe and water pressure by controlling the elongation rate according to use. CONSTITUTION: Elongation rollers(30,32-37) are arranged along a direction which a sealing pad(2) passes, and have each different diameter. A driving unit(41-44) is installed at one side of the elongation roller, and drives the elongation roller at each different rotary speed. An elongation rate control unit is connected to the elongation roller, and controls the rotary speed and the elongation rate of the sealing pad(2). A heating unit is installed at the other side of the elongation roller, and heats the elongation roller.
