PURPOSE: A system and a method for connecting a supplier of a dealing realty with a realty dealer by using a communication network are provided to connect the supplier with the realty dealer through the communication network even if the supplier does not know a position or a telephone number of a dealing realty shop. CONSTITUTION: The system includes a communication server(10) connecting to a plurality of supplier computers(2) and realty dealer computers(3), a web server(20), a member shop management server(30), a member information database(40), an information obtaining server(50), a searching server(60) and an information providing server(70). The web server(20) connects the supplier computer(20) providing the dealing realty information with the information obtaining server(50). The member management server allots a charged realty address range and a membership number to the realty dealer offering the contact information and the personal information and stores the related information in the database(40). The information providing server(70) enables the realty dealer to contact with the supplier by providing the realty information and the supplier information to the realty dealer.
