PURPOSE: An anti-power turbulence system is provided to supply a constant voltage regardless of a temporary power failure or a dropping phenomenon of voltage by using a power factor controller, a capacitor, and a bypass output portion. CONSTITUTION: An input monitor portion(10) monitors a power input state of an external power source. A bypass output portion(20) outputs the power of the external power source when the input monitor portion(10) determines the power input state of an external power source as a normal state. An inverter portion(30) inverts AC power to DC power. A converter portion(50) converts the DC power to the AC power. A compensation output portion(60) compensates the converted AC power of the converter portion(50). A main control portion(40) controls operations of the bypass output portion(20), the inverter portion(30), the converter portion(50), the compensation output portion(60) according to a monitoring result.
