PURPOSE: To realize scheduling for assigning slots collectively to each mobile terminal(MT) with easier operation and less processing time, when Dynamic Slot Assignment(DSA), in which slot allocation to multiple MTs can be changed for every frame, is applied to a Time Division Multiple Access(TDMA) system. CONSTITUTION: A shift register is used as a frame table 14, with which a desired data can be cut into any position of the register. Therefore, when scheduling, data is inserted into the frame table in order to put a plurality of data with the same number close together, and with that single operation, the subsequent data can also be shifted back respectively.
