PURPOSE: A drawing machine of a sealing pad is provided to improve the sealing operation of a connected portion and to sufficiently endure the pressure of fluid to be passed through pipes by simultaneously shrinking first and second film layers when giving heat. CONSTITUTION: A loading portion(A) contains a sealing pad(2) to be rolled in a roller. A drawing portion(B) draws the sealing pad integrally by passing the sealing pad through many rollers. A spreading portion of a sticking layer spreads the sticking layer on the sealing pad. A winding portion winds the sealing pad. Thereby, the sealing efficiency and the drawing efficiency are improved.
