PURPOSE: An electronic payment method, a system therefor, and a device therefor are provided to prevent illegal use of a credit card by paying cost using a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A portable device(14) authenticates a user of the portable device(14)(S1). If the authenticity of the user is confirmed, a user ID is transmitted to a POS(Point Of Sales) terminal(11)(S2). When receiving the user ID, the POS terminal(11) sends a payment request including the user ID and transaction information to a payment gateway(15)(S3). When receiving the payment request, the payment gateway(15) sends an E-mail to the portable device(14) to execute a payment application stored in the portable device(14).
