FIELD: metallurgy, namely continuous casting of billets and deforming them. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes additional sleeve mounted in each support and having eccentric opening with splines on its surface engaging with splines of outer surface of horizontal shaft. Bearing assembly is secured to outer surface of sleeve and the whole unit is placed in opening of support. Eccentricity "e" of opening, shaft diameter "€1" and outer diameter "€2" of sleeve are mutually connected by relations €1/€2 = 0,6-0,8; 2e/(€2-€1) = 0,02-0,05.
