PURPOSE:To decrease a space formed to reduce amounts of heated liquid which is drawn in after the liquid has been charged into an article of commerce, thereby ensuring sanitary conditions, by pressing an inner leg of an outer cover against an inclined portion of a projection at a mount position. CONSTITUTION:Noodle soup or the like is heated to 70-90 deg.C to pasteurize it and charged into a container such as a bottle and a heat resistant cap is put on the container. At this moment, heat of the soup is transferred through the container or by convection to the air in a space 21 formed by an isolation wall 4, pouring out cylinder 2, and circumferential wall 15 of an outer cover 16, a space 22 between the cylinder 2 and an inner leg 18, and a space 23 between the leg 18, and a side wall 14 and a locking part 10 of an outer cover 16. And when warm water at a temperature of about 30 deg.C is showered on the outer cover 16 from the outside, the outermost space 23 is rapidly cooled so that the pressure therein is reduced, and hence the warm water is drawn in. However, the space 23 is made smaller by pressing the leg 18 against an inclined portion 12 of a projection 11 of the mount part 8, and hence reduction in the pressure due to the shower is very small. Thus the warm water is not practically drawn in. |
