PURPOSE:To cut the terminal of winding with high accuracy, and also, improve the yield rate by arranging a cutter mechanism, which shifts its cutter edge from the side where chuck claws catch a core into the space between the chuck claws and cuts the terminal of winding with itself and the edge of the shaft of a pusher, separately and independently on a winding station. CONSTITUTION:A cutter mechanism 30 is arranged to shift its cutter edge 31 from the side where the chuck claws 110a, 110b, 110c, and 110d catch a core to the space between two of these chuck claws 110a, 110b, 110c, and 110d. This cutter mechanism 30 insert the starting point of winding W into the flange section f of the drum core C caught by the chuck claws 110a, 110b, 110c, and 110d by the space 111a and 111c of the chuck part 11 and cut it, holding it down with the shaft end of a pusher. At cutting, the cutter edge 31 is shifted from the side where it catches the drum core C into the space 111a. |
