FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has body and cartridge containing medicaments. The cartridge has anterior and posterior part determining general cartridge axis. The device has outlet opening for discharging medicaments in the anterior part, at least one movable wall between the anterior and posterior part, which movement enables causes medicament to move forwards or be extruded through the outlet opening. Piston rod has the first and the second end at least partially placed in the device body designed for giving way for matching with its first end to movable wall and causing the wall to move. Versions of the device are distinguished by driven and catching means design. The driven means are placed in the device body. They are usable for moving at least rod. The catching means are connected to body support cartridge or its envelope anterior part of which is separated from the body and the posterior one is brought close to the device body. The driven means move the catching means so that the cartridge moves forwards relative to the device body. Fixing members lock cartridge preventing from its movement in axial direction relative to the device body, determining in this way fixed cartridge position. The driven means move the piston rod the back position and position protruding forwards. EFFECT: safety and simplicity in making injections. 232 cl, 6 dwg
