SUBSTANCE: induction device has shield disposed between high-voltage and low-voltage windings, isolated from them, and provided with first grounding lead; novelty is that shield is proposed to be provided with second grounding lead; shield has notch with clearance in-between formed by its insulated edges; both grounding leads are disposed in opposition to each other and spaced apart by means of clearance.
