FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: engine has cylinder with four sector pistons rigidly secured in pairs on coaxial shafts and dividing cylinder space into variable displacement chambers, and also movement transformation mechanism and combustion chamber. Cylinder is closed at end faces by covers. Combustion chamber brought out of cylinder space communicates with cylinder space at inlet and outlet through bypass and intake ports. Fuel nozzle spray tip is arranged in chamber. According to invention, combustion chamber is made in form of tube, and bypass and intake ports are made in covers.
