PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accurately selecting a ribozyme having an in vivo activity in human by using a mammalian cell as a host. SOLUTION: This method for accurately selecting a ribozyme having an in vivo activity in human comprises the steps of modifying a sequence of a candidate ribozyme for selection so as to allow suppressing of the expression of a tumor suppressor gene, transducing a vector expressing the modified ribozyme into a mammalian cell which is cancerated by the suppression of the expression of the tumor suppressor gene, and selecting a ribozyme contained in a cell forming a focus among the cells after the transduction. |
